Then answer the following question regarding an initial deposit required first.

Do you have enough funds for an initial deposit of about 5% of a home purchase price?

Examples:

For a $100,000 home, 5% will be $5,000

For a $150,000 home, 5% will be $7,500

For a $200,000 home, 5% will be $10,000

For a $250,000 home, 5% will be $12,500

For a $300,000 home, 5% will be $15,000

If your answer is YES, you may proceed to the application below.

If your answer is NO, you will not pre-qualify at this time so you should delay applying. When you save up enough for a 5% initial deposit, feel free to apply at that time.

You are under NO obligation nor cost when you initially apply since this just pre-qualifies you. You are NOT yet fully approved until after we verify certain supporting documentation that we will request from you if you pre-qualify.
